What does e3 mean on the Spectrum box?

If you are also seeing E-3 as an error code on the On Demand channel, that is an issue with On Demand.   1. Make sure:

  • Your TV is on the right source or input (i.e. Video 1, HDMI).
  • Ensure your TV or extra equipment is ready to the same channel (3 or 4).
  • If your TV was recently moved from another cable outlet in your home, go back to the TV to its original location.
