1.     Reset receiver

5.      Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the device.
6.      Check if the problem persists after successfully resetting the device.

Reset Manually
1.      Disconnect the device from the mains
2.      Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.
3.      Wait a minute and then reconnect the power supply.
4.      Wait for the receiver to start and check if the problem persists.

If you are not facing a specific problem and are unsure why the cable box is not working, it is best to contact Spectrum customer service and inquire about service outages.
